The Weavers met the Weavers Room in Verdant Works for their Autumn Supper on Friday 13th October. At their AGM, Richard Irvine was sworn in as Deacon of the Trade and Paul Leigh became the Late Deacon after serving two years. Craft member Sheena Devlin has now become the first lady Boxmaster in the history of the Craft. Speakers included John Yellowlees, Scotrails Honorary Rail Ambassador, Lord Provost, Bill Campbell and Deacon Convenor Ray Edwards. Nick Cunningham gave the reply on behalf of New Members.
