New Trustees Elected

At the recent AGM of the Nine Incorporated Trades Charity, two new Trustees were elected by members, Graeme Reid and Sarah Craig.

Graeme has been a member of the Baker Trade for over 30 years and is a past Deacon of the Bakers, serving on the Baker Trade Council.

His career started as a systems analyst with Marathon Oil and progressed to become an IT project manager with Greenalls. Graeme then spent 30 years as a procurement manager, first with Diageo and latterly with GSK. Graeme has recently retired but remains a long-standing member of various local ‘service’ clubs – Dundee Round Table, Broughty Ferry Rotary Club and The Guildry.

Sarah, a member of the Baker Trade and first lady Flesher, now becomes the first lady Trustee of the Nine Incorporated Trades of Dundee Charity. A third generation member, Sarah’s association with the Trades goes back to the early 1980’s.  Educated at the High School of Dundee and Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, her career started off in journalism with D C Thomson in Dundee after which she joined the then Tayside Police as Communications Manager where she stayed for 20 years prior to becoming City Centre Manager in Dundee.  Sarah now works as a Head of Communications in the thermal energy sector.  She is a Burgess of the City of Dundee.

Both Graeme and Sarah are looking forward to taking up their new roles as Trustees for the Nine Incorporated Trades of Dundee Charity.
